I was a skeptic, until I read some of the information. There does seem to be some scientific research that this works with some people. I did a little research and couldn't find any negatives. I think it sounds like it might work better for people who have metabolic reasons for being overweight, rather than just overeating because it reduces insulin levels, although one article said it may reduce fat absorption. I’m tempted to give it a try and I’m the biggest skeptic in the world!
