yes, she has about the same measurements as my Peyton , so i think the small will be great for her. the girth is alittle roomy but fits good , so there will be room if she grows more.
i still havent heard back from my friend re: my order. her little chihuahua died and i think she doesnt feel like doing much
. i told her whenever she was up to it. so, not sure how long it will be...
but i think you will love these dresses.
if i counted right, you got the last orange one. i bought all of what she had left in size S. she does have more XS
and there are still several in green with whales on them. and also the yellow and blue ones with tennis raquets
