they should have given him the 24 hr. pain injection that is why you can't give him any pain killer until tomorrow, but I remember when my Harry got neutered and one tooth that was loose was removed, the Vet told me to allowed him lick ice cubes and I also offered him a frozen fleece braid I had prepared for the puppies in the freezer, he chewed on it for a bit until he went to sleep.
