Welcome to YorkieTalk. Miss Jay is very much a baby. She'll need to be quite a bit older before she can even have bladder control. There's no way to avoid that right now. I work too and come home on lunch break. I totally understand, its hard to potty train them when you have to be gone so much. Just be there as much as you can and keep the training up consistently. I didn't crate mine while I was home. Its a good idea to put a leash on her (with a harness, not on her collar) and keep her with you at ALL times at home while she is potty training so you can see signs of her fixing to go to the bathroom. Mine is now 3 and doing good where I can give her the run of the house. It will get there, but it will most likely take a LOT of patience & consistency. Don't give up!
