oh im sorry your disappointed. this happened to me as well a couple of times and i decided to go to amazon buy a professional clipper set which paid for itself in 4 groomings and now i do my own and if i mess up well its my fault but princess has looked so much better since ive been doing it!! thankfully it grows back.
