How old is the dog? Peeing when meeting people is probably submissive urination. Puppies usually grow out of it around the age of one. Until then, try to ignore dog until he/she is completely calm. Ask guests to help you out with this. Also, try not to loom over the dog and you can try approaching dog with your side to him/her.

In sum: limit free reign/whole house access/watch like a hawk/take out very frequently/praise and treat when go outside....can also look in to bell training...if severe problem, could use doggy diaper to save your house while you work on it |
