Default I need help!!!

Been having a hard time potty training Bella...once upon a time she was going on her pad everyday, now she had completely stopped and pooping all over the house. So this morning I decided to turn my laundry room into her little space. I dont know if its best to continue to train on the pad OR outside. She knows it's wrong for her to poop and pee on the floor because when she does it she runs and hide under the bed.

When I put her in the laundry room wit the gate up she just bark bark bark because she is so use to running around the house. I put her toys, bed and food and water and potty pads in the laundry room and it has light and there. So she has everything she need.

Should I keep the potty pads in the laundry room with her? (because I do work).

Should I take her outside every two hours even with the potty pads in the room? (Will this confuse her)

OR, Should I just continue to pad train her?

Thanks for all your answers in Advance...Oh and she is 5 months old. I had her since she was a spring chicken (LOL) and I been trying to train her since I brought her home and NO luck. I had her since she was 2 months.
