I am very lucky I have 2 carter's baby outlets one 5 minutes away in Sucassuna and the bigger one at the Rockaway Mall, I go there to buy stuff for my dolls at least once a month and they always have a GREAT selection of onesies.
also walmart has onesies , very cute ones too...
