Default Is this a onsie dress

This dress also came from my new friends closet and I thought it was so cute I want to try making it myself. I have been goggling onsies and can't seem to find exactly what I need. I thought I saw some one post a dress made from onesies not that long ago on here but could not find it. What I liked about this top was it was stretchy and ribbed so it fit Lola nicely. Some of the ones I saw on line seem seem baggy. Do you know where I could get a top like this and what size would you get for a 5.5lb dog.

I loved the flip flop applique and was lucky to find the exact one on line. It says it's an iron on, how do you guys feel about those. She must have ironed this on the shirt because you cannot see stitching on the back side of the skirt, but boy is it on secure. I thought that wild fabric I just got would look cute as the skirt, the colors of the flip flops match perfectly. If I was to make this for Lola, or really any dog the patch should be moved lower the placement in the picture looks good, but a lot of it is covered by Lola's hair.
