I have never advocated in favor of this type of breeder! When we talked to this woman on the phone she said that she just had a couple of dogs that she bread as a "hobby" and she boasted about how she "loved" animals. We found out the hard way the unfortunate truth that she was NOT who she played her self out to be! When we were originally looking for a puppy we wanted to avoid big breeders at all costs for this very reason. We did not go down there with the intention of "rescuing" anything. We only wanted a family dog and not a show dog or anything thing of the sort. And let me go on to say that the implication that we previously advocated in favor of this type of breeder is NOT APPRECIATED!!! Note the action I took when we found out the truth. It is unfortunate that after seeing my posts you feel the need to point a finger and make assumptions as to our intensions. I recieved no advise from anyone on this forum, and in fact did not even find this forum until after I had started the reporting process. It was only after I read the 11 pages on this thread that I felt the need to join this community (I just joined yesterday) and share my experience with other. And to let the other people that have had the unfortunate displeasure of encountering and dealing with this woman know that someone had the drive to go to the lengths that I did and will continue to do to get this woman shut down. Please do a little more thorough research about that which you are speaking before you make assumptions about people and their intentions.
