At least now he will have more medical pros looking after him, and overall a better chance at getting things done.
It breaks my heart to think of doctors allowing Ken to get this thin, when a feeding tube could have helped keep him nourished and hydrated.
Of course I don't know all the facts but am so sad to see them go through this. I went through it with my husband 3 years ago and know all to well what it is like to try to stay strong and move ahead when you are scared to death. Bless them both.
Also, bless the rest of you who have been touched by cancer personally or in a loved one. Lets also remember to pray that we will see the day that there is a cure for cancer so others won't suffer like this in the future. |
