Been there done that, every 90 minutes around the clock 24/7 until it either doesnt make it which happens more often than not or it catches up and survives. You can be doing this for weeks. If for some reason mom doesnt make it you will be raising them for 3-4 weeks including wiping their bums to stimulate them to potty. Then you can try getting thru the weaning process of them eating from a dish.
