You are so sweet Kathy. Thank you! We haven't tried Revolution...I don't think anyhow. I know we tried something that was like an oil that you put on topically on her back, but it had little to no affect....I think it was an antihistamine.
The Atopica is not a steroid (I thought it was at first), so it won't cause the problems the steroids do. The only cons that I know of are the cost ($90 a month) and that it might cause upset stomach. We are hoping it doesn't with her though.
She will be on it for 1 month and then will get checked again. If it is successful, then she may be able to go on a lower dosage or an every other day regimen which would obviously be great.
My vet said it usually takes a full month to see improvements...maybe after a couple of weeks.
By the way...we just got back from TN again and I took some really great pictures of Sophia in her GORGEOUS dresses you made!!!! I am in love with them! Thank you again so much!
