hi , congrats on your new baby.
well actually socializing really has nothing to do with her barking while you are gone. she is having a bit of seperation anxiety.
she is still a very young baby and used to being alone.
while you are home try practicing leaving and entering.
this works best if you have an x pen .
put her potty pads , bed , toys and such .
put her in the pen , just step out of the room for a second, when she is quiet , enter, say good and give her a treat. just keep practicing this..
