Max had a fall when he was 13 weeks but it was about 3 feet. He was wiggling so much as I was going to put him down and fell on the tile. He cried a bit and I took him directly to the emergency vet because I had read so many horror stories. He ended up being just fine but you can never be too careful with the little ones.

I am not a vet, but those symptoms do not seem related to a fall. He was probably sick when you got him. It is very important to alert everyone that your baby may have had parvo. I hope you get answers soon. Hugs.
I am sorry for your loss and feel the same, when did the yorkie fall? sounds like the vomiting happened fairly soon after your brought the pup home. So most likely it came to you sick. Did you know much about the person you bought the dog from, you should alert them and others in your area because chances if they have other puppies they have might be sick as well.
