So sorry for your loss as well. How devastaing.
Max had a fall when he was 13 weeks but it was about 3 feet. He was wiggling so much as I was going to put him down and fell on the tile. He cried a bit and I took him directly to the emergency vet because I had read so many horror stories. He ended up being just fine but you can never be too careful with the little ones.
I am not a vet, but those symptoms do not seem related to a fall. He was probably sick when you got him. It is very important to alert everyone that your baby may have had parvo. I hope you get answers soon. Hugs.
