The best thing I've found for this is a product called Cindra gel. I love this stuff for my girls. It controls those loose hairs, smells so nice, is very light and doesn't cause any sticky buildup.
I think if you google it you can find it. I've also seen it on Ebay and Amazon.com and it's a very reasonable price too!
By the way, your baby is adorable.
