Watch her closely. There is an infection that female dogs can get when they go into heat. Make sure she does not have a temperature. It is a deadly infection of the dog's uterus. Any sign of a temp or unusual behavior needs to be checked out right away.

I'd also be concerned about her not wanting to be around you. Many times when something strange is going on with a young dog they want to be near you. Hope she gets feeling better soon.
