Its been an hour or so since my last post...
Bimmer's eye swelling has gone down noticeably. I've feed him again with the chicken and rice combo, but he's slow to take it. He's certainly not getting any better, but when I bring out the Nutrical, he springs back to life for that fleeting moment that he takes it in as fast as he can. Then, sadly, he goes back to sleep. I just need him to hang in there for 9 more hours...
9 more hours... I can do this. He's been a fighter in the past, so I know he'll pull through for me again.
