After reviewing the plans I have decided to go with PetPlan. Cali has no pre-existing conditions so I think we are safe there. My only concern is how much these plans go up each year when we renew. Guess I will find out.
PetPlan was really great when I asked them to send me a copy of the entire policy before I signed up.
