If lots of the dogs she's grooming have this problem, I imagine, your dog’s could have caught something from them. I'd take them to the vet and perhaps he will suggest a skin scraping the sooner you take care of this the better.

Good advice Welcome to YT!!!! I hope that your babies are doing better very soon. It stinks when something is NOT right with them, they are like our children. Let us know what the vet says.
