There is NO WAY I'd ever put my girls through that and that Yorkie owner really needs to re-think this, considering it's tiny size
I think the only daycare I'd consider is one where they had webcams set up so I could look in whenever I wanted. That tells me that they are conscientious and have nothing to hide
I'm glad you said something!!!! Hope that next time you peek in there, that they have started doing things properly.
