We went out of town a few months ago and just stopped at the closet motel/hotel we found. Didn't ask if they accepted dogs or not.
We had a cooler of ice with cokes and stuff in it and were trying to keep Caesar from barking just in case he wasn't suppose to be there.
So we threw a piece of ice on the floor. He went nuts. Ate every bite.
Now if you have a cooler and he hears you go in it he begs for a piece of ice.
He stays busy chasing it and then eating it.
Sometimes you have to not give him anymore because his little nose and feet are so cold and he just start shivering. I have to put him in his blanket and calm him down. this should come in handy cooling him down this summer out back with the pool.
