I snuck off to meet a breeder last week, and did not tell my family- and I got all the right vibes and my questions answered. I meet both of the puppy parents.
I spent a sleepless night and then "discussed" getting a yorkie with my hubbie.
Last Sunday I took my Mom and best friend (who also happens to be a groomer and dog trainer) to meet "the puppy who has yet to be named". They both loved the puppy, parents and breeder. So I am a soon to be Yorkie mom!
The problem is that puppy can't come home for another MONTH! I am going to go insane!!!! We go away for Memorial Day Weekend, so I NEED to wait until after that to bring puppy home...she will be old enough then too.
So for now I check in hear and read about everyone else...
Puppy is litter box trained-but should I use cat litter? Has any one had a problem with it? What kind do you use? Is there a litter box that you would recomend over another? (yes I even saw puppy use the litter box!)
