To me...it all seems too weird. So, the breeder thought you wanted a different puppy? How does the breeder keep track of who is who?
Yes. They are your puppies and you can do whatever you would like but please make informed decisions. The people on this website have seen this time and time again and are frankly SICK of hearing about sick puppies and heatlh issues. You definitely need a mentor or someone to guide you.
