Things like Angel Eyes are full of preservatives nonnatural and antibiotics I'd never give it to a dog we avoid such things in their food so why then do it to treat an infection they are statically proven to not have?

Yes, in fact, a round of antibiotics can cause a yeast infection, the yeast is not caused by bacteria and antibiotics can kill the "good bacteria" that controls the yeast spores living on us.
