Yes, in fact, a round of antibiotics can cause a yeast infection, the yeast is not caused by bacteria and antibiotics can kill the "good bacteria" that controls the yeast spores living on us. That's why yogurt with real "live cultures" and probiotics can cure a yeast infection; they introduce the "good" bacteria back to our system, which then in turn keeps the yeast spores in balance.
