She's at that age, so my guess is that's what's causing the problem. My friend says her little girl has a really hard time with every period, and she even has to hand feed her because she won't eat. Are you planning on breeding her? If she is just a pet, I hope you can spay her, so she won’t have to go through this, she’ll probably be moody through pregnancy too. Don't forget, Yorkies don't always lose all the milk teeth on their own, most of us have had to have a few teeth pulled when spaying and neutering. The double row of teeth can cause problems down the road. I don't think you need to see the vet about her knees; too bad dogs can't eat chocolate that cheers a woman right up!
