I work from home and often will leave the TV on Animal Planet (Romeo loves to watch). Currently Animal Cops Houston is on and what I see makes me sick! How can anyone let a dog become so matted that green moss is growing all over the pup and the poor thing cannot even walk?!
I really hope there's a place and just punishment for people who are cruel to ANY animal...
