my 6 month old yorkie and 3 pounds has been having dry and flaky [COLOR=green !important][COLOR=green !important]skin[/COLOR][/COLOR], and her fur has been dry.

i heard if you use fish [COLOR=green !important][COLOR=green !important]oil[/COLOR][/COLOR] or salmon oil it will help.. is this true.??

and are their any suggestions that anyone can give..
