It's chilly here too but it's suppose to be at this time of year. Now that you mentioned Florida.... I saw a lizard (or whatever) in my laundry room yesterday and freaked out LOL. I told my husband he can forget me moving anywhere where those things roam around. He has always wanted to move somewhere warmer. So Florida and Arizona are out LOL
