OMG!!! There is a type of super glue that is used in surgery, but it isnt the super glue you use on your nails and coffee cups! It is a permanent glue that you use to close surgical incisions until the tissue heals! Not something you want to glue ears together with..... I would not think EITHER glue is the best way to get ears erect!! NOT WITH SUPER GLUE!!!
