By the way, if I had been younger, I'm sure I would have had a tramp stamp, so I'm certainly not judging anyone.  | I think that's exactly the problem is people get them to be trendy and fashionable, but by doing so are just dating themselves. The tramp stamp was popular in the 2000s, and the tribal arm band or Chinese characters in the 90s. Too many people that get tats get bad ones, so people that don't like tats think of those people. I don't like bad tattoos either!
