It sounds like she's on other medication. Many times the Lymes test comes up with a "false positive" result, especially if they're on other meds. Do you know if she had the "Snap" test? I'd go with my gut feeling. If you think there is something wrong, you probably are right. If she was bitten by a deer tick, you probably wouldn't see it because they are so small. I see you live in NY and I've heard that Lymes is really bad this year due to the moderate winter we had. Maybe you should get a second opinion. That's what I did, and it made all the difference. I have 2 Yorkies and they both have had Lymes. I'm in MN and the ticks are really bad here too. They don't have to be out in the woods to be bitten. Keep us posted!
