I keep a medical file for both Sophie Kate and her feline brother Avery. Their file goes with me on every trip to the Vet and if Sophie Kate is traveling with us I take hers along.

I don't do it track how much I spent, but more for a record of what was done and when. I have used it a couple of times to see how much Sophie Kate weighed at spaying appointment and to Google previous meds or shots she was given.
