MAC has this eyeshadow primer called Paint and it is basically a miracle worker! I always had issues with my eyeshadow staying on. Who wants to take all that time to put it on and halfway through the day it's gone???? Not this girl! Bare Essentials also has an eyeshadow primer which works just as well. The MAC primer is thicker and available in a lot of colors
As far as mascara I use Tarte primer and mascara and it works great! I bought it one day in the little size just to see how well it worked and I love it!
