I have in my contract that at NO time can the puppy be registered under any other registery except for AKC on limited registration.. I also state that if it is found that the dog has been bred I have the right to confiscate all off springs from said dog and the dog is legally returned to me! When I first started I had a one page contract and now it is a four page contract!
