Go to the forum you want, the general forum in this case and on the left hand side towards the top of the page you will see the words, "New thread" click on that, don't forget to give the thread a title, and click on "submit". Sometimes new member's threads have to be checked out by admin before they can post, we've had a lot of problems with spammers.
