Everyone is sleeping here too. Must be the weather. Get a better picture, and I will try to get a picture of Max's 2 spots -- if there is anything left to see. His are on his inner back leg.
I'm confident that you don't need to worry about going to the emergency room today. Depending on what the spots look like tomorrow, you may want to take Sophia to have the vet take a look. The main thing with the kind of spots Max gets is that I have to keep them clean and dry and watch that they don't get infected and turn into a staph infection.
