Apart from Avon - do you have The Body Shop over there?
Their all-in-one compact face base is fantastic. You can use it from the compact like a powder, or damp the sponge and it goes on like a foundation - you can kind of adjust the coverage.
All their products are brilliant, hypo-thingy, not tested on animals etc etc. Their coconut body butter is amazing too - I could eat it...
