Look like you got more that what you bargained for as they say. When you come to an open forum like YT. You get way more than you asked for... it is what it is. I hope it will not stop you from sticking around.
I hope that at least you got some answers. Plus your suspicions were right. The breeder is taking responsibility and thats all that can be expected. I cant say that there aren't serious issues with the breeder and the transfer of the two 5 weeks old pup. That is something that should never ever be done. That right there is signs of an irresponsible breeder.
