I know a really good tattoo artist but they will put there own spin on it of course.

Not sure were to put it either. It would need to go someplace easily covered but not too painful. I hate needles. The artist said if I can't decide on the spot I am not ready for the tattoo yet.

Since Zoey passed I am not thing about it day and night. I don't want to make a rush decision though.

Those that have memorial type tattoos ever regret them?
I would think there would not be a reason to regret any sort of memorial tattoo. Back of your neck and shoulder would be a good area and easily able to cover. The downside in those areas are you would not be able to see them unless you are looking in a mirror. I like the wrist,foot and ankle idea's,but the tattoo would have to be much smaller.
