It goes both ways. You are commenting on what bothers you. That is my point.
But, all in all, I believe common sense dictates here and says he was totally reckless. I don't give a hoot what the media says about any of it. That is NOT how I have come to my conclusion. I am basing my thoughts on fact...not on some thoughts about what might have happened or what his brother said happened. I heard his words and I know the other guy is dead...all I need to know. Maybe no one can prove he is guilty....does not matter to me. I say he is guilty as sin of being an irresponsible person who ended up killing a man because of his own irresponsible behavior.
