Why wouldn't this be covered in a contract-well this situation is probably very rare-it's just a random poll to generate thoughts on the subject by people here for my own curious mind.

Well some of us made the mistake of buying a dog from across the country and having it flown to us-live and learn, warn others.

The real example is the dog was fully paid for, the contracts in place the breeder should have sent the dog but something came up and in the mean time after the completion of sale payment and after dog should have been sent the breeder bred the dog to several bitches.
