Got to have:
Thyme
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
Sage
Rosemary
I keep big pots of them growing, bringing them inside for the winter, so I can have fresh herbs all year long. Any other fresh herbs, I'll buy as needed.
Also must haves...not herbs but, garlic and chives.
