I'm confused --why are you sure that she pulled a switch on you? No breeder can tell you at 5 weeks or 8 weeks or 12 weeks exactly how big or small a Yorkie is going to be as an adult. They cannot guarantee size.
It is very possible for a pup to grow the amount you stated in your initial post.
