You'll want one for the ride home. Or a car seat. We just adore our Snoozer car seat and Katie Scarlett is so comfy in it!!! She hops into it as fast as lightning! LOL. I know a lot of fellow YT'ers love their Snoozers too. Here is a link for you:

We have the Snoozer Lookout 1 car seat in pink vinyl and it is very sturdy. I know many like the middle console type of seats too.
A popular carrier is the Kwigy Bo. They are pricey, but I have heard well worth the money.
