I just made a batch of Nala's favorite treats. I found this on Pinterest, and she loves them and I feel good about giving them to her. I put plain, fat free Greek Yogurt in a sandwich bag, cut off the tip and made "yogurt buttons" on a cookie sheet with wax paper, put in the the freezer for a bit, and wonderful little frozen yogurt bites for Nala. I make them pretty small because her teeth are so little, but she doesn't have any trouble eating them. She loves to crunch on ice and I figure this is much better, plus she loves the yogurt and this way it doesn't get in her beard like it does when it isn't frozen. I store them in a freezer bag in the freezer and I haven't had any problem with them sticking together.
I have frozen yogurt in her kong and she likes it but it gets pretty messy. I may try putting these in her kong with some kibble.
