I've read that dogs can drool w/ nervousness, sexual arousal, illness, or overexcitement.
Maybe short visits with positive reinforcement/treats might help?
Schatzie too is nervous around other dogs she isn't familiar with and runs away. I would think in time Dolce will become buddies with often visits from her fur friends.
