Do you free feed or schedule feed? There is no wrong answer, but as a person who works - the schedule feed works best for us as eat=potty. Can you gate off to one specific room while you are at work? I started with a small room during potty training and then increased the space with his progress. I used the pads in the beginning by the door just to get him familiar to go to the door when he had to go. Then every time he went to the door, we opened it and took him outside. Lots of outside time at first, lol - but it worked. Give HUGE praises, love and a treat when she goes outside - eventually she will get it. Good Luck!
