You are in my prayers as always. |
I would agree about putting your foot down w the PA/Dr. Really, unless someone is out of the office sick/vacation, pt's calls should be returned in 24 hours (used to work in med for years). I would keep calling the PA and stay on him/her and also ask to speak directly w the dr. Really, if you would feel better speaking to the dr, there is no reason even a very busy dr could not take a minute to call you and answer your questions. Some of my drs are very busy Univ. Hosp. specialists/professors and still take the time to call me back if I have questions.
You both are still in our prayers. Hopefully you can speak w his dr and get a gameplan underway to deal w these complicating issues poor Ken is experiencing. (Sometimes squeaky wheels get the grease!
